Return Policy

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for any of our products.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours, your order may be processed. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not already been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was requested within the 24 hours, and your order was inadvertently shipped out afterward, we will refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped or after the 24 hour period, there will be no refund or cancellation available.


Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive credit card authorization. All deliveries will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class (your choice). There is no tracking service available for these shipments. We cannot ship to any other destination outside of the United States at this time.


Item Availability

We do everything we can to fill your order completely. From time to time, something that was ordered may not be available anymore. If that happens to your order, please accept our apologies. We'll let you know by sending you an email. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for it. Don't worry, though, we will ship the rest of your order just as you asked.
